Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 29, 2013, the Company issued a news release announcing Callon Petroleum Company retained an advisor to assist with marketing the sale of Medusa, the Company's remaining deepwater property. The Company also announced that it had received a $10 million borrowing base increase to $75 million. The news release is included herein as Exhibit 99.1. It shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “ Exchange Act ”), or incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act, except as shall be expressly set forth by specific reference in such filing.
