Annual Meeting Record Date Set and Business Announced.

The Company set the record date for determining the holders of the Common Stock entitled to notice of and to vote at the next Annual Meeting as of the close of business on August 23, 2010.  The Annual Meeting is scheduled to be held on October 7, 2010.
