Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 19, 2013, Newfield Exploration Company (“Newfield”) issued a press release announcing its fourth quarter and full-year 2012 financial and operating results. A copy of that press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

On February 20, 2013, Newfield provided a presentation entitled “Delivering Liquids Growth”. A copy of the presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.3.
