Other Events and Regulation FD Disclosure The United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas has entered an interlocutory order denying the claims of Benchmark Electronics, Inc. (the "Company") for fraud, negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract, breach of the implied duty of good faith and fair dealing and damages arising out of the Company's purchase of AVEX Electronics, Inc. and related companies from J.M. Huber Corporation. The court has retained jurisdiction to resolve any issues remaining in the case.
