RE.: Merger by absorption

Telecom Argentina S.A. and Cablevisión S.A.

 

On December 18, 2017, Cablevisión S.A. announced the declaration of dividends of 4,077,790,056 Argentine pesos to be paid to its shareholders, Cablevisión Holding S.A., Fintech Media LLC and VLG Argentina LLC pro rata based on their shareholdings, which payment was pending as of the effectiveness date of the merger.

 

Today, Telecom Argentina S.A., the surviving company of Cablevisión S.A., effective as of January 1, 2018, has proceeded to cancel the aforementioned obligation.
