On February 18, 2015, ManTech International Corporation announced its financial results for the fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2014, and provided earnings guidance for fiscal year 2015.
ManTech also announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend payment to its stockholders. A dividend of $0.21 per share will be paid on March 20, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 6, 2015. The declaration of future dividend payments is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.
A copy of the February 18, 2015 release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
