Item 8.01. Other Events
On June 30, 2008, Unisys Corporation issued a press release regarding the
decision by the US Transportation Security Administration (TSA) not to select
Unisys to continue on to Phase 2 of the procurement for the TSA's Information
Technology Infrastructure Program contract. The press release is attached as
Exhibit 99 hereto.
