 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

In the Company's third quarter 2006 earnings press release made on July 26, 2006 the book value per share reflected at June 2005 was $15.82. The correct number is $10.55, reflecting the Company's 3 for 2 stock split in March 2006. A copy of the revised press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
