On May 4, 2005 the Registrant announced that it would closely monitor efforts by Penguin Press to correct a damaging misstatement about CACI in the just-released book, “Inside the Wire”. A copy of the Registrant’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this current report on Form 8-K.
