Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 23, 2013, ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc. filed a Current Report on Form 8-K to announce the appointment of Rick Anderson, 55, as the Company’s new Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mr. Anderson’s compensation will consist of a base salary plus commissions, which will be based upon total net sales of the Company. To the extent required by Item 5.02 of Form 8-K, this amendment on Form 8-K/A is being filed to incorporate by reference the information contained in the Current Report filed on Form 8-K on April 23, 2013 under Item 5.02(c) of Form 8-K.
