Golar LNG Dividend Information  

Reference is made to the second quarter 2012 report released on August 23, 2012. Golar LNG will be trading ex-dividend of a total dividend of $0.40 per share on September 11, 2012. The record date is September 13, 2012, and the dividend will be paid on or about September 27, 2012.
