ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On June 27, 2013, Cedar Fair, L.P. will hold a meeting with investors to discuss its long-term strategy and financial goals, business and key investment considerations. The meeting will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Eastern Time in Sandusky, Ohio. A copy of the presentation to be used in connection with the meeting is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
