On September 23, 2010, Kraton Performance Polymers, Inc. (NYSE:KRA), issued a press release announcing the pricing of its secondary public offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock, at a price of $26.50 per share. The shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange and trade under the symbol “KRA”.
