By letter dated on August 31, 2010, the Company reported that it has entered into an agreement with Parque Arauco S.A. (“PASA”) in order to extend the exercise period of the option to purchase PASA`s interest in Alto Palermo S.A. dated January 23, 2010, until September 21, 2010.
