Announcement of Preliminary Fourth Quarter 2007 Results and Update of Full Year 2008 Guidance
On January 31, 2008, ManTech International Corporation preannounced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2007, and provided updated guidance for full fiscal year 2008. The preliminary financial results provided for the fourth quarter and full year 2007 are still subject to the completion of the Company’s year end audit. A copy of the January 31, 2008 release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
