On April 23, 2007, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Northwest Pipe Company (the “Company”) approved cash bonuses for the following officers of the Company in the amounts set forth below:

 

Brian W. Dunham President and Chief Executive Officer		$300,000
John D. Murakami Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary		88,000
Charles L. Koenig Senior Vice President, Water Transmission		90,000
Robert L. Mahoney Vice President, Chief Strategic Officer		86,500
Gary A. Stokes Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing		105,000
