Parker-Hannifin Corporation (the “Company”) is filing this Form 8-K/A as Amendment No. 1 to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”) that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 18, 2005 for the purpose of correcting a typographical error in the Webcast presentation filed as Exhibit 99.2 to the Form 8-K.
