B.O.S. Better Online Solutions Ltd. (the “Company”): Update on a Globes Publication
The Company’s Chairman of the Board and its CEO indicated to the Israeli newspaper Globes that through the Company’s historical business, the proposed Summit transaction and other potential acquisitions, the Company could possibly record revenues of approximately $55 million and profits of $2.5-$3 million in 2008.
These statements were not projections or estimates of revenues or earnings, nor do they represent a floor, ceiling or most likely scenario for future results. The Company does not currently make projections publicly available. The Company is now and intends for the foreseeable future to be engaged in the review and negotiation of potential acquisitions. There is no assurance that any such acquisitions will be completed or as to any future revenues or earnings.
