             G. WILLI-FOOD ANNOUNCES APPROVAL OF U.S. IMPORT LICENSE
                            FOR SELECT DAIRY PRODUCTS

NEW LABELING FOR COMPLIANCE WITH USDA REQUIREMENTS UNDERWAY

YAVNE, ISRAEL - MARCH 1, 2007 - G. WILLI-FOOD INTERNATIONAL LTD. (NASDAQ: WILC)
(the "COMPANY" or "WILLI FOOD"), one of Israel's largest food importers and a
single-source supplier of one of the world's most extensive range of quality
kosher food products, and its subsidiary Gold Frost Ltd. (LSE:GLF.L) today
announced that Gold Frost's supplier, Arla Foods, Inc., had received approval to
begin importing certain kosher dairy products into the U.S. market for
distribution by Gold Frost. Shipments of these products to the U.S. may commence
once Gold Frost has produced new product labeling in compliance with USDA
regulations.

The U.S. authorities have granted approval for the import of kosher Lurpak
butter, as well as kosher Brie and Camembert cheeses. These products will be
produced according to Company's kosher instructions at Arla's factory in
Denmark, and Gold Frost will purchase the products directly from the factory in
Denmark or from Arla Foods in the U.S. Arla Foods already imports non-kosher
Lurpak butter and Brie and Camembert cheeses into the U.S. on behalf of
unrelated third parties.

Zwi Williger, President and COO of Willi-Food stated, stated, "The approval of
the initial import license for these products is an important first step in our
strategy to penetrate the U.S. kosher market. We believe that there is a
substantial opportunity for our line of kosher dairy products in the U.S. We
believe that Lurpak butter is a key product for consumers, and we look forward
to receiving approvals for other, more significant kosher cheese products such
as Fetina, our version of Feta Cheese. We intend to complete final labeling
requirements for compliance with USDA regulations in the next few months in
order to begin shipping."
