Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 1, 2016, Stewart Information Services Corporation (“Stewart”) terminated the employment of Jason R. Nadeau, Group President, Mortgage and Title Services. In addition to maintaining his current responsibilities, Patrick Beall, Group President will assume responsibility for the group immediately. Beall, having been with Stewart for 30 years, has extensive experience in the industry and has provided leadership to several business lines within Stewart.
