Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated November 18 2013 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores:
 
 
 

By letter dated November 18, 2013, the Company informed that it has renewed a credit line signed with its subsidiary Alto Palermo S.A. (APSA) for up to the sum of USD 14,500,000, in which APSA is the lender and the Company is the borrower. 
 
USD 11,760,000 have already been received for a period of 360 days at a rate Libor (1 year) +300bps (Annual Nominal Rate) .
 
The Audit Committee has no objections towards this transaction.
