Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 23, 2017, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia granted the request of the United States Department of Justice to enjoin Aetna Inc.’s (“Aetna’s”) proposed acquisition of Humana Inc. Aetna is considering its options for responding to this ruling.
