The Registrant is still in the process of finalizing its report on internal control over financial reporting to be included in its annual report on Form 20-F, as required by Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, or SOX 404.  As the year ended December 31, 2006, was the first year the Registrant was required to comply with SOX 404, additional time is needed for the Registrant to complete the self assessment process.
