On March 21, 2006, FuelNation Inc. issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 21, 2006, FuelNation Inc. issued a press release confirming they secured a $300 million dollar credit facility to finance their crude oil, product purchases and supply. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K. This information is provided under Item 2.02 of Form 8-K.
