Item 5.02.             Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Richard J. Vazquez, who served as our Executive Vice President, Merchandising and Marketing, resigned from all of the positions he held with our company on December 18, 2008 in order to accept a position as President of a home cabinetry manufacturing company.  Mr. Vazquez has agreed to remain as an employee of our company during a transition period ending on December 31, 2008.  Casey Ramm, our current Vice President of Marketing, will become our Senior Vice President of Merchandising and assume Mr. Vazquez’s responsibilities.
