ITEM 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
The Compensation and H.R. Committee of the registrants board of directors (the Committee) extended the expiration date of stock option grants held by employees of the registrant which were due to expire on April 25, 2008. The Committee extended the expiration date of these options for a period of 16 months. Included in this extension were options held by 142 employees of the registrant, including John Ambroseo, Helene Simonet, Luis Spinelli and Ronald Victor.
