(e) On June 12, 2007, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Registrant recommended, and the Board of Directors of Registrant ratified and approved, the payment of a cash bonus of $61,250 for Thomas Lim, the Registrant’s Chief Financial Officer, for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2007 on the basis of the Registrant’s performance and the Compensation Committee’s and Board of Directors’ evaluation of such individual’s performance.
