Item 8.01 Other Events
On March 14, 2014, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared quarterly cash dividends of $0.25 per Class A common share and $.1625 per Class B common share. The dividends will be payable on April 24, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 3, 2014.
