EXHIBIT 99.1 – ACCOUNTANT’S STATEMENT

I am the principle CPA with the audit firm, Thomas Harris, CPA, auditor for the Registrant, 5BARz International Inc. During March 2012, my family have been faced with critical health issues related to a child, which has resulted in my inability to deal with some audits of Companies in a timely fashion. Accordingly, in the interest of full compliance by client Companies, we have requested that they file a 12B-25 to protect against the possibility that we are unable to complete upon those audit requirements at March 30, 2012, due to uncertainties arising from our imminent personal medical crisis.
