Item 8.01 Other Events.
In its Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2011, eMagin Corporation (the “Company”) noted that its 2011 annual meeting of shareholders was tentatively scheduled for September 2011. The Annual Meeting has now been scheduled for November 3, 2011. In a Current Report on Form 8-K that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 7, 2011, the Company reported that the record date for the Annual Meeting was August 3, 2011. The record date has been changed to the close of business on September 22, 2011.
